    Phillips 66 opens its fuel dock and marina on the Intracoastal.

  2. 1965

    The seventeen-story tower rises, crowned with sixty-six spires; its rooftop lounge turns once every sixty-six minutes.

  3. 2016

    Tavistock acquires the thirty-two-acre property.

  4. 2025

    The resort reopens on January 10 after a reported $1-billion renewal; the lounge turns again.

  5. Today

    The residences stand finished at the landmark’s feet — ready for immediate occupancy.
